I was responsible for new commercial proposition development and driving and enabling innovation within ITV Online & On Demand. Part of my remit was around ideating, prototyping, assessing and building a business case for new product concepts (with a strong focus on commercial innovation and new ad formats). The other part of my remit was about nurturing and driving innovation at ITV by putting in place initiatives that inspire creativity and a framework that can take good ideas all the way through to delivery.
